Created in 2007 to provide 'blinky' designers a place ot share their content. As far as I know a blinky was an animated forum signature graphic. Mainly created it due to the demand of a few designers, wanting a place to share their content. Was directly integrated with MindViz's Forums to provide one click setting of signature images. Provided blinky designers a cool place to upload and share their blinkies.
