Created in 2003, there was a small subset of buddy icons focused on these weird doll type images. They were basically taking over my IconHell.com website, and in order to purge the content I created a separate site for this style of icon. Provided doll icon designs a cool place to upload and share their icons. Visitors could signup, create profiles, upload doll icons, discuss the icons in the forums, comment and rate doll icons.
